    Meet Our Wine Of the Month: “Say Yes” Pinot Gris
    Dirty Laundry’s latest wine of the month is the light-bodied Pinot Gris known as “Say Yes”.

    What Are the Characteristics of Pinot Gris?

    • Pinot Gris is actually a pinkish mutation of the Pinot Noir grape.
    • Usually dry, with a light to medium body. Common flavors found in Pinot Gris are stone fruit, citrus & often elements of minerality
    • It’s the most planted white grape in BC
    • Best served chilled between 7-10 degrees celsius

    What’s So Special About Our Pinot Gris?

    The Say Yes Pinot Gris—produced at our Summerland vineyard uses fruit that’s sourced from two different DVA’s—Naramata and Summerland. 

    This gives this wine a well-rounded representation that makes it easy to drink and the perfect accompaniment with vegetable dishes and lighter meats. You can try combining it with tilapia, sushi, and even some creamier dishes.

    The latest 2017 Dirty Laundry Say Yes Pinot Gris contains 12% alcohol and we produced 3,000 cases at our Okanagan vineyard.
