    Introducing Dirty Laundry White Hush: The Perfect Complement to Hush Rose

    Winemaker Mason Spink is at it again with his latest creation—White Hush (2018). This balanced wine captures the best aspects of Gewurztraminer, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc to create a memorable wine that we believe will be a fan favourite here at Dirty Laundry.

    All of these Summerland-sourced grape varietals were fermented separately in stainless tanks to ensure that the notable characteristics of each wine stand out. 

    What Should You Expect From White Hush?

    White Hush is filled with aromas of ripe pear, lemon, honey, and other herbal notes. You will experience the effervescence from the moment you bring the glass to your lips. 

    The acidity of this wine is balanced with flavors of Meyer lemon, crisp orchard fruit, and a slight hint of honey.

    • Soft creamy cheeses

    • Cream-based pasta dishes with fresh seafood
