Am I able to customize my Bordello Wine Club shipment?
Yes! All shipments are fully customizable by logging into your Dirty Laundry Winery account on our website. We suggest and you select what you like!

How do I find more information about my Bordello Wine Club shipment, for example what is in the Winemakers selection and when will my credit card be charged?
Multiple emails regarding your upcoming Bordello Wine Club shipment will begin to be sent prior to the scheduled shipments. The emails will contain important information, like billing dates, the Wine Makers selection, and how to customize your order. All Bordello Wine Club correspondence is done via email, therefore, please ensure your email address is correct and that you are subscribed to email communication from us.

How much does it cost to join?
FREE! There is no fee to join our Bordello Wine Club. The amount you can expect to pay for each Bordello Wine Club shipment will be the cost of the wine only.

What is the commitment?
Bordello Wine Club members agree to receive wine shipments scheduled throughout the year depending on the level of club they have signed up for. Members will continue to be a part of these shipments until the membership is cancelled.

How much does shipping cost?
For orders of 12 bottles or more, shipping is FREE within Canada with the exception of NWT, Nunavut and the Yukon. Additionally, shipping charges may apply to certain rural areas.

When can I choose my wine?
The option to customize your Bordello Wine Club order will appear in your Dirty Laundry account before your shipment is shipped/picked up. You will be notified by email when you can customize your Bordello Wine Club order, therefore please ensure the email address on your Dirty Laundry account is correct.

When will my shipment arrive?
Once your package has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include tracking information from our selected courier.

Where do I find my login information so that I can login to my Dirty Laundry account?
You would have been sent a welcome email when you originally signed up for the club and selected your password. If you have forgotten your login information simply visit our website and reset your password to login.

If I pick up wine today will that be considered my first shipment?
If you have signed up at the winery and we happen to be shipping your club that week then YES! If that is not the case then your first club shipment will come when the club is scheduled.

Do I pick my Bordello Wine Club order up or is it shipped?
You are free to choose whether you wish your Bordello Wine Club order to be picked up or shipped. However, please specify this on your Dirty Laundry Winery account. If you choose to have your wine shipped to you, please ensure your shipping address is up to date.
If you choose to pick up at our winery you will receive a $15 gift card valid for in-person or online purchases – this will be added onto your account.
If you have selected a pick up and do not do so within one month your shipment with be shipped at your charge.

How do I cancel my membership?
Members may cancel their membership at anytime by going into their Dirty Laundry account or emailing. Cancellations cannot be processed within 48 hours of shipping. Please note all member benefits are revoked immediately upon cancellation.

How do I book the Sips & Snacks Tasting Experience?
Wine club members can book their Sips & Snacks tasting experience by logging into your club account and selecting the Sips & Snacks reservation option under Visit Us ->Tasting Experiences. This includes any discounted tasting experiences. Sips & Snacks must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

I will be away during my next shipment. What are my options?
Your package can be re-routed, or we can delay sending your shipment to you. Please advise our Wine Club Coordinator of any changes required.

Can I skip a shipment or put my account on hold?
Yes you can. Shipments can be skipped once a calendar year if communicated more than 48 hours prior to shipping. Accounts that are put on hold will lose membership privileges until the account is reinstated.
