Winemaker Notes:
A Cuvee of Summerland grapes picked early to retain their high natural acidity. Whole cluster pressing these grapes releases delicate aromas and textures. This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks before it is bottled under pressure giving it a beautiful effervesce.

This is your breakfast best friend. Mix it with your favourite fresh squeezed fruit juice, or enjoy on its own with your brunch crew. Smoked salmon eggs benny, fresh fruit or a beautiful charcuterie spread are all perfect for this wine.
