Tasting Notes:
You will find aromas of green apple, jasmine, lemon and lime. The palate boasts of green apple, fresh lime, lemon custard and a hint of herbal on the back palate. This well balanced Riesling has a lingering finish and an acidic backbone.
Winemaker Notes:
This wine is picked from three different vineyards that span the Okanagan Valley. Each block of fruit is picked and then fermented separately in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain fresh aromatics.
Food Pairing Notes:
This Riesling is a very versatile wine when pairing it with food. A Thai noodle salad, grilled or poached white fish, crab legs or pair it with your favourite spicy dish. You could serve this wine with dessert as well, try peach pie or apple crumble. When looking at cheese pairings try some marinated feta or a crumbly blue cheese.
