Winemaking Notes:
This wine spends 18 days on skins which gives its characteristic orange hue. The use of whole clusters during fermentation allows for the expression of stunning aromatics. Fermented using only indigenous yeasts, with minimal wine making intervention.
Food Pairing Notes:
Triple cream brie, or a strong blue cheese. Any cream based dishes like a creamy pasta or fattier meats like duck would pair very nicely.
