Winemaking Notes: 100% Gewurztraminer from Summerland. Prolonged skin contact & a slow, cold fermentation allows delicate aromatics to be extracted.

Tasting Notes: This is the sweetest of our Gewürztraminers, with a beautiful nose of fresh peach, papaya, white flowers and honeysuckle. On the palate you will find flavours of candied pineapple, lychee and melon, with delicate floral notes. The finish is delightfully long and round, with notes of honey.

Food Pairing: Spicy red curried mussels, Tom Yum soup or any desserts with tropical fruit – think custard tarts or cheesecake with fresh mangos.
