A Cuvee of Summerland grapes picked early to retain their high natural acidity. Whole
cluster pressing these grapes releases delicate aromas and a lovely light pink colour.
This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks before it is bottled under pressure giving it a beautiful effervescence.

This bubbly screams summer & patio hangouts. Throw in some of your favourite summer berries, and enjoy. We would recommend pairing this wine with fresh fruit, summer salads, grilled prawns or a beautiful charcuterie spread.
